PERLOVKA
Risotto or perlotto is a terrific restaurant-level Italian dish made with available grains, frozen mushrooms, a spoonful of butter, and leftover wine. Incredibly hearty and very elegant!

OATMEAL
Lev Levitan, the author of a course on soups, said something about oatmeal. He used to make oatmeal similar to this one for breakfast for his oligarchs. We’ve modernized it a bit. We’re sure you’ll look at it from a different angle now.

RICE
You will learn the basic approaches to cooking rice, then with boiled rice you will make a dish popular in Asia – fried rice. Simple – fast – delicious. Next, you’ll be able to assemble your own variations from what you have at home using this technique.

BULGUR
